S. Korea to Assist Mekong Delta City to Build Technological Incubator

The Korea Institute of Industrial Technology (KITECH) and the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in which KITECH will help the Vietnamese city develop a technological incubator in the Tra Noc 2 Industrial Park.The incubator is scheduled to be built on an area of 11,000-15,000 square meters in June next year and will go operational in 2015, the Saigon Times newspaper reported.It is expected to focus on food processing, mechanical engineering, biotechnology, information technology, communications, chemicals, shipbuilding and repair.
