Quang Ngai Province Helps 33,000 Poor Students

Nearly 33,000 poor students living in the central province of Quang Ngai have benefited from a credit program begun in 2008 by the provincial administration in collaboration with local banks. They have received loans worth nearly VND464 billion ($23 million) on preferential terms. (Vietnam News June 30)
