Prince Andrew Scholarships 2012 Launched in Vietnam
The British Embassy and the British Vietnam University in Hanoi organized a ceremony on November 5 to announce the Prince Andrew Scholarships for 2012 to outstanding Vietnamese students. The Prince Andrew Scholarships 2011 were given to four outstanding Vietnamese students. The value of each scholarship was $30,500. Four excellent Vietnamese students of Hue National High School in Thua Thien-Hue Province, Le Quy Don High School in Danang City, Ngo Si Lien High School in northern Bac Giang Province and Nguyen Du High School in the central highlands province of Dak Lak received the scholarships for the year 2011. Prince Andrew Scholarships were established in 2010. The scholarships are granted by Prince Andrew to further the developing relationship between the governments of Vietnam and the United Kingdom in the sphere of education and training.
