Ninh Thuan Plans Poverty Alleviation

The Ninh Thuan People's Committee has said that it would use VND320 billion from the State and local budgets to build essential infrastructure to facilitate production and trade as well as the daily lives of residents in Bac Ai District. The disbursement will take place during the 2013-2015 period under the national poverty alleviation program.The province will use the funds to improve the traffic system, build new irrigation systems and upgrade existing ones, set up a standardized healthcare system as well as a vocational training centre.
