Lighting Up the Dream' Scholarships Presented To Students

The Hanoi Municipal Communist Youth Union, in co-ordination with the Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB), presented 'Lighting up the Dream' scholarships to 90 poor students with excellent academic results in Hanoi on September 15. The same day, 90 other scholarships were granted to students in the southern province of Dong Thap. In 2011, SCB has awarded 2,430 scholarships worth VND500,000 each to students in 24 provinces and cities across the country. (Nhan Dan- The People Sept 16)
