Health Insurance Cards for Poor Families in Ben Tre

The Orphans, Poor and Handicapped Support Division in southern Ben Tre Province has provided 1,300 health insurance cards to families near the poverty line in the province. The funds were sponsored by the Hai Duong Bank and HCM City's Poor Patient Support Association. (Vietnam News Feb 5)
