Fulbright Seeks Membership in Vietnam University-College Association

Fulbright University Vietnam (FUV) is desiring to become an official member of the Association of Vietnam Colleges and Universities (CEA-AVU&C) to increase its collaboration with local educational institution, affirmed FUV President Scott Andrew Fritzen during a meeting with CEA-AVU&C leaders in Hanoi on September 11.

Mr. Scott Andrew Fritzen reiterated Fulbright Vietnam’s commitment to the Vietnamese education system, noting that it operates under the Ministry of Education and Training (MoET). The university aims to contribute more actively to the Association’s mission, he added.

In reply, CEA-AVU&C Vice Chairman Le Viet Khuyen welcomed Fulbright Vietnam’s engagement, while highlighting the Association’s role in uniting members, supporting their rights, and helping them contribute to national educational and socio-economic goals.

On the occasion, Head of the Association’s Organization Committee Vo Thanh Binh provided detailed guidance on the membership process. He confirmed that Fulbright Vietnam meets the criteria and hoped the university would play a key role in advancing Vietnam’s education sector.
