Bac Lieu Province Gives Health Cards to Poor People

The People's Committee of southern Bac Lieu Province has funded more than VND93 billion ($4.46 million) to buy health insurance cards for poor and near-poor households. It has so far provided more than 137,000 cards for poor households and 71,000 cards for near-poor households. (Vietnam News Mar 20)
