Volunteer

1. A KOTO volunteer working with i-student group (self-funded)
KOTO is a unique not for profit social enterprise that changes the lives of Street and Disadvantaged Youth through its 2 year holistic training and development program.
We are looking for a volunteer to help with a project we are undertaking in partnership with i-studentgroup in a development and implementation of an I-phone Apps. You will serve as the main contact point for the i-studentgroup team and will liaise with them to produce promotional materials for the charity. This will involve providing materials/information, giving feedback and approving designs. The i-studentgroup team will be in regular contact with you as the projects progress. This is a great opportunity to become involved in some exciting new projects we are undertaking.

Requirements:
Volunteer must have graphic designs, Marketing and communication and social media/marketing background. English language should be either native or very fluent.
Duration: ongoing

2. Training Consultant: (recruited by a Volunteer Organisation recommended by KOTO)
- Train and build capacity for local staff – Head of Training in management skills
- Streamline  processes & procedures in Training Department
- Develop, monitor & evaluate systems for training development

Requirements:
- Qualifications in Educational Management
- Minimum 5 - 10 years management work experience in educational institutions
- Experience as trainer in educational management
- Experience developing and managing budgets
- Experience hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel
- Computer literacy in word processing and database management

Duration: 2 years (full time)
