Vietnamese Firms to Submit a Technical Proposal for Supporting a National Strategy for Deploying a Business Information System

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Deloitte Consulting Overseas Project (DCOP) is soliciting proposals from qualified local Vietnamese firms to submit a Technical Proposal - Supporting a National Strategy for Deploying a Business Information system under the USAID Improving Private Sector Competitiveness (IPSC) Activity. IPSC is an Official Development Assistance (ODA) funded by USAID. Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI)/Agency for Enterprise Development (AED) is the Vietnam Government Counterpart.

Offerors will be required to provide:

• Corporate Qualifications Statement with Relevant Experience
• Contact Information for 3 Reference
• Summary of Current and Relevant Experience
• Summary of Proposed Staff Profiles and Qualifications
• Local Registration and Insurance Certificates
• Timeline From the Start of the Program to Completion, Including Key Milestones and Deliverables
• Technical Proposal with an Implementation Plan
