Video-maker to Produce Video on Participatory Guarantee System (PGS)

VECO Vietnam is seeking for a professional video-maker (individual or organization) to produce 10-minute video on Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) in Vietnam. Attached is the TOR of the video production, for further details.
