Translator

We seek translation support for our team.  The Consortium for Health Action (Health-Action) will be initiating a research study soon at the National Children’s Hospital, Hanoi, Vietnam studying the effect of screen time removal in young children with autism symptoms.  We plan additional studies, including methods to help families to reduce the risk of autism in a younger sibling of a child with autism.  We will be developing a website to using similar methods to scale our research approach. Required skills:

• Fluency in Northern Vietnamese
• Good English skills
• Attention to detail
• Time management
• Cultural awareness

Preferred experience:

• Understanding of terms used for early childhood development and autism
• Familiarity with research terminology

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide translation Northern Vietnamese – English and vice versa as needed for research, website, and other documents.
