PSI Vietnam is looking for individual training consultant to provide training consultant services for training on hypertension management for private doctors in Danang & Hochiminh. Could you please study the details in the attached files and send us your quotation and your application/CVs  paying attention to the followings:

1.      Use PSI quotation FORMAT (attached)

2.      Properly sign and/or stamp your quotation

3.      Send your quotation and  your application/CVs (that describe details of your experience, knowledge, training attendance regarding your hypertension expertise) by post in a sealed envelope to PSI office at 4th Floor, Side B, Toserco Building, 273 Kim Ma, Hanoi or scanned version to email address: [email protected]

4.      Indicate outside the envelope with: “QUOTATION No. PSI-Service-2012-033”

5.      Send your quotation by 2nd May, 2012. If it is sent via post, the time on the postage stamp will be referred to.
