The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Project in Tra Vinh Province

The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Project in Tra Vinh Province is funded by Global Affairs Canada. The project is implemented from 2014 to 2020. The final objectives of the project are to increase the number and enhance the competitive capacity of SMEs in Tra Vinh.

The project has three components:

• Component 1: Develop SMEs
• Component 2: Build small scale infra -structure works supporting SMEs development.
• Component 3: Build capacity of public sector supporting SMEs development.

The project seeks to recruit a specialist/ consultant to provide training course "Training of Trainers on start-up' (ToR attached)
