Social Enterprise Business Development Officer

CSIP is looking for qualified and self-motivated Vietnamese candidates, for the position of Social Enterprise Business Development Officer (full-time) in Hanoi. Job summary:

Under supervision of SE Business Manager to develop and deliver CSIP’s social enterprise services.

Key duties and accountabilities:

1. Social Enterprise Business Development: In liaison with the Business Manager to

    *          Develop CSIP’s fee-paid services for social enterprises and other interested clients
    *          In charge of marketing, business development, and customer services
    *          Coordinate resources (trainers, consultants…) to deliver the services
    *          Develop a good CSIP’s network of SE trainers and consultants
    *          Provide relevant reports to Business Manager as requested
    *          Support Business Manager to establish CSIP’s business entity (100% owned by CSIP)

2. Social Enterprise Support Programs:

    *          Coordinate some SESP projects
    *          Coordinate selective SESP events, with support of Communication officer
    *          Provide relevant reports to Business Manager as requested

3. Others:

    *          Provide support to SE Business Manager to develop a strong CSIP’s SE network
    *          Develop and manage project-based budget
    *          Support Biz Manager in developing fund-raising and business proposals
    *          Liaise regularly with other program staff, finance and administrative team and perform any other tasks as agreed for overall operational needs in addition to those agreed with the CEO.

Requirements:

    *  Strong desire to use his/her own professional expertise to assist social enterprises to create positive social and environmental impact
    *  BA Degree is required, business administration/finance background is preferable
    *  At least 2-year experience in project management and coordination
    *  Experience in SME training and consultancy is a desire
    *  Good organizational and management skills
    *  English fluency
