WHO is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Short-term National Consultant to support Vietnam Stop TB Partnership (Organizational Development, Communication, Resource Mobilization)
Description: Under the overall supervision of the VSTP (the chair and vice-chair), the consultant  assists VSTP to professionalize its processes and focuses on but will not be limited to :

- Organizational analysis of the partnership;
- Organizational development of the partnership
- Development of  a business plan
- Development of a communication plan to improve visibility and resource mobilization capacities ;
