Senior Manager, Program Technical Support

Habitat for Humanity Vietnam (HFHV) is currently seeking a professional individual to serve as a Senior Manager, Program Technical Support. This position is responsible for
- the strategic development of programmatic approaches and models throughout Vietnam to ensure that HFHV is delivering relevant, high-quality, cost-effective and affordable housing products and services for low-income families in need of decent housing;
- the management, coordination, and guidance of the program technical areas including Construction Quality, Water & Sanitation, Disaster Response and Mitigation, Housing Finance and Design/ Planning/Monitoring/ Evaluation.

Requirements:
- Masters degree in International Development, Development Management, Housing and Urban Development Planning, Civil/Construction Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Economics or other equivalent degree
- Minimum 05 years experience in program management, general management or related fields with responsibility for program design and evaluation, project outcomes, and supervision of managers and/or technical staff.
- Working knowledge and technical expertise in designing and performing qualitative and quantitative analysis, strategic planning, and social investigation, multi-site evaluations, participatory planning and standards of evaluation
- Committed to continuous learning and self-development
