RFQ: Supplying information boards to encourage fishermen to bring waste back to shore (mica board, installed on boats)

WWF-Viet Nam would like to request quotations from eligible suppliers who are interested in providing services to Produce and install media posters at 4 fishing ports in Phu Yen

HOW TO APPLY:

Quotation to be submitted by the supplier shall comprise:

• Quotation submission (Form 1)
• Detailed quotation (Form 2)
• Declaration of undertaking (Form 3)
• Copy of business license and other documents (If any)

All the submitted forms shall be signed, sealed, and sent to WWF-Viet Nam via email to: [email protected]; [email protected] with the email subject: “FY24-1953- [Ten nha thau] Bao gia: Cung cap bang tin truyen thong giam nhua tai Phu Yen”.

The maximum capacity of each email WWF-Vietnam can receive is 25MB.

The deadline for receiving the quotation is 17:00 on July 9, 2024.
