PATH is supporting several factories to implement Working Environment Assessment and Classification which is required to be implemented annually by the Government. This assessment also helps to remain a standard working environment for the workers to ensure their health and safety, as a result, it maintains labor productivity for the factory. Therefore, we are looking for a vendor who provides goods and services as detailed in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) attached.

The vendor will conduct following activities:

To implement a package of working environment assessment and classification in 2 factories.

If you can provide us a detailed quotation, please:

1. Submit the quotation that itemizes the cost for tablets and cost for distribution
2. Submit your company qualified profile, your company information (name, address, registration, bank information…)
3. Refer to further information in the RFQ
