Research/Consultant Agency to Collect Data and Make Analysis for VCT Campaign

PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified research/consultant agency to collect data and make analysis following PSI objective in 2 provinces (Quang Ninh, Ho Chi Minh city) for VCT campaign. Please please study the details in the attached files and send the quotation paying attention to the followings:

- Use PSI quotation FORMAT (attached), including file “expense breakdown – VCT campaign” for the quotation

- Properly sign and stamp the quotation

- Indicate outside the envelop with: “QUOTATION: “Consultant for VCT campaign – No. 2012-048”

- Send the quotation via one of the followings:

• Send quotation scanned to email: [email protected]
• Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 4th Floor, Side B, Toserco Building, 273 Kim Ma, Hanoi.
• Send it via post to the above-mentioned address

The deadline for submitting quotation and expense breakdown is 14:00 of 8th June, 2012. Quotation which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
