Research Agency to Conduct Sanitation Survey in Tien Giang

PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified research  agency to conduct Sanitation Survey in Tien Giang. Please study the details in the attached RFP and submit your technical proposal & quotation separately paying attention to the followings:

1. Use PSI financial proposal: SVC-18-43 Sanitation Survey in Tien Giang 2018 (SOW attached)

2. Properly signed and stamped your quotation & technical proposal

3. Submit Financial proposal (quotation) and Technical proposal in 2 separated and sealed envelope with title “Sanitation Survey in 3 provinces 2016”

4. Send your technical proposal & quotation separately via one of the followings:

• Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11st Floor, VinaFor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
• Send it via post to the above-mentioned address

Note: We will evaluate your technical proposal based on following criteria:

• Organization profile and Proposed personnel and management approach
• Working Partnership
• Quality of proposed plan and methodology
• Timeline

The deadline for submitting question, clarification is 16:00 20 August 2018. All questions must be sent to email address [email protected] and [email protected]. PSI’s clarification will be shared to all vendors.

The deadline for submitting technical proposal & financial proposal is 16:00 23 August 2018. Proposals which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
