Request for Quotations: Event Organization Service in Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh city

DAI invites firms to submit quotation for work to be funded by USAID under the USAID Vietnam Urban Energy Security project.

Please see attached a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and accompanying Scope of Work (SOW) for Event Organization Service in Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh city, RFQ BREQ-22-00010.

Questions must be submitted no later than 18:00 (GMT+7), December 27, 2022 via email to [email protected]. Quotations must be submitted no later than 18:00 (GMT+7), January 8, 2023 via email to [email protected].

Issuance of this solicitation does not constitute a commitment, award, or engagement on the part of DAI nor does it commit DAI to any future commitment, award, or engagement. However, we will use responses submitted to assess whether procurement for these technical services is appropriate to meet USAID’s needs.
