Request for quotation to supply bags for USAID BC Project

WWF-Viet Nam, USAID Biodiversity Conservation project is now inviting you to submit your best quotation to supply 1.500 bags for the USAID Biodiversity Conservation project

The official quotation is signed, stamped, and required documents according to item D – Document requirement. Please send the official quotation with the subject: “FY24-0264 BCA -Quotation_[Name of supplier]-Supply bags to USAID-BC project” to email [email protected]; [email protected]  [email protected]; [email protected].

The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.

Supplier is required to submit fabric sample in a sealed envelope with a  stamp, the outside of which should be clearly marked “FY24-0264 BCA-Bag sample-[Supplier’s name]-"Supply bags to USAID-BC project" - DO NOT OPEN BEFORE DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION.

The bag sample should be sent to the below address:

Evaluation and selection methodology

Bidders who submit their documents following the submission deadline requirement, with complete details of the required documents, will be considered for evaluation. WWF will evaluate the quality based on the required standards and fabric samples. Bidders who are evaluated for a fabric sample that meets the requirements will be considered for a price

The bidder who offered the best price will be selected as the supplier for this package
