Job description: The Friends of Hue Foundation has partnered with Thriive Organization to offer small and growing businesses, interest free, equipment based loans which are repaid through charitable goods or services to the community. This project works to develop micro-enterprises.
Friends of Hue Foundation is looking for a Thriive officer to work collaboratively with the Thriive team, which includes a manager, one coordinator, and two Thriive officers. On successful completion of the fixed term probation, there may be opportunities to continue employment with Friends of Hue Foundation.
The following is a list of job duties:
- Work closely with loan recipients
- Coordinate site visits to loan recipients
- To assist with equipment procurement process
- To assist with charity repayment
- To assist with tracking Thriive businesses’ repayment
- Collect financial data
- To assist with general administrative tasks
Job requirements:
The following is a list of job requirements:
- Age: 21-26
- Vietnamese citizen only
- Ability to converse with colleagues in English on a daily basis. Excellent English language skills; spoken and written.
- Bachelor's Degree; priority given to graduates with Linguistic and Economic background.
- Excellent IT skills; excel and word.
- Ability to think critically and contribute analytical reasoning.
- Willing to work under pressure and on weekends.
- Work collaboratively with international and national colleagues.
- Interest or experience in social work.
