Project Manager

Vacancy: Project Manager, Skills to Succeed
Based in Ho Chi Minh/Da Nang
We are looking for a qualified Vietnamese national for the position of Project Manager (PM) for Skills to Succeed project. The successful candidate will base in Chi Minh city or Da Nang with frequent travel to project site in Can Tho and Da Nang. Competitive remuneration package and opportunity for learning and development will be offered for this position.
Main Responsibilities
The PM ensures that Accenture funded Skills to Succeed project focusing on youth employment and entrepreneurship activities in Da Nang Can Tho are implemented to a high standard of quality, timing and within planned budget.
Key Competencies
Essential
- University degree in business administration or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 year working experience in community development, preferably in implementing youth employment or similar projects.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude to team work
- Advanced level of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
- Committed to Save the Children’s values
Desirable
- Experience and/or knowledge of labor market, vocational training, job placement for youth in sectors including hostility, mechanic, trading, or agriculture processing
- Experience in managing youth employment or similar project
- Knowledge of soft skills, and financial education training is a plus
- Familiar with Facebook and communication through Facebook
