Project Accountant

Viet Nam – Industrial Pollution Management Project (VIPMP) comprises of 3 component projects, with a development objective of improving environmental compliance of industrial zones on a pilot basis, and will operate at national level and in four project provinces, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Dong Nai, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, in the period of 2013 – 2018 with possible extension in terms of scope and time.

The project component 02 - “Piloting the financing to investment of Centralized Waste Water Treatment Plants of Industrial Zones”, is managed and implemented by Vietnam Environment Protection Fund, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, with the support of a project management unit (called VEPF PMU). 

The VEPF PMU is seeking a qualified local consultant for a full time post of Project accountant  to work in VEPF PMU with the project team, to join the team in implementing the project component 02 - “Piloting the financing to investment of Centralized Waste Water Treatment Plants of Industrial Zones” (TOR below).

The expected time for the successful candidate to start working is December 2014.  The contract is 01 year fixed term, and renewable upon qualification and performance.
