Program Officer, Capacity Building and Technical Services

RECOFTC is seeking a qualified candidate to work in the Capacity Building and Technical Services (CBTS) Unit. More information can be found in the attached Terms of Reference. The successful applicant will be based in Bangkok. The contract duration is for 2 years with a possibility of extension depending on performance and availability of funding.
