Program Officer and Program Assistant

CHP is immediately looking for a qualified and dynamic Vietnamese for the positions of  1) Program Officer and 2) Program Assistant, based in Hanoi office to implement HIV projects.

Desired qualifications are:
1. Program Officer
- Bachelor degree in public health or social sciences.
- Minimum of three years of working experience in public health, HIV or men sexual health
- Good partnership building skills
- Good planning and management skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Analytical and report writing skills

2. Program Assistant
- Bachelor degree in economics, public health, social sciences or related disciplines.
- Minimum of one year of working experience in community development projects
- Admin and accounting experiences
- Good planning, monitoring and supervision skills
- Working level of English
