Private Sector Development (PSD) Programme Coordinator

UTL – Development Cooperation Office, Italian Embassy invites competent candidate to apply for the position “PRIVATE SECTOR DEVELOPMENT (PSD) PROGRAMME COORDINATOR” – Vacancy Code 02/VIET/2014

Main task:

Under the general direction and supervision of the UTL Director, the Programme Coordinator shall support UTL in monitoring and supervising projects in the fields of SMEs development and TVET/high-level training.

General requirements:

• Master’s degree in economics, law, political sciences, international cooperation or any other discipline relevant for the assignment;
• Experience in development cooperation sectors
• Good knowledge of the Vietnamese Government’s regulations and operational procedures for ODA projects;
• Fluent English and Vietnamese;
• Excellent knowledge of the main informatics tools;
• Good interpersonal skills.
