Policy Research and Social Monitoring Officer

Office of Social Evaluation and Consultancy (OSEC) is a professional development policy research and social monitoring office of Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Association (VUSTA). Activities of OSEC are including: carrying out development research, organising social monitoring and feedback to the Governmental development projects, programs, policies and laws. OSEC is seeking candidate for following position:

1. Position:     Policy Research and Social Monitoring Officer
2. Number of posts: 02
3. Location:  Hanoi with occasional travel to provinces
4. Main duties and responsibilities:
- Conducting and coordinating development research
- Organising the social monitoring to the government policy / programs
- Assisting in training and advising on social monitoring and policy lobby / advocacy for partners

5. Qualification:
- Bachelor (Master preferred) on Social Science, Development, Economic, Law, International relation or related disciplines
- Having good researching skills (qualitative and quantitative)
- Knowledge on civil society, social monitoring and policy lobby / advocacy
- Strong inter-personal relations and good communication skill
- Fluent English and good computing skills.
- At least 5 years experience on the development and related fields
- Ability of working independent, modesty, polite and dedicated.

6. Salary: Competitive salary depends on ability and experiences.
