Participatory DRR Facilitator

CRS is looking for a Participatory DRR facilitator for Project: "Together-Strengthening Community Resilience-Disaster risk management" with details as follows:

Duration: from June to July 2014

Requirements:

-       Minimum of five years successful training and facilitation experience in disaster preparedness and response
-       Proven excellent training and facilitation skills
-       Respect to the local cultures and communities
-       Knowledge of community based disaster preparedness
-       Exceptional communication skills
-       Competent leadership abilities
-       Fluent in Vietnamese and strong aptitude in English, verbal and written
-       Ability to deliver outputs under pressure
-       Flexibility

Required application documents:

-       Expression of Interest;
-       A concise technical proposal;
-       A tentative work plan with indicative budget,
-       CVs demonstrating relevant capacity and experience.
