Operation Specialist
Winrock International, an international not for profit organization, is seeking applications for the position of Operation Specialist for a multi-year USAID-funded Program named Vietnam Clean Energy which aims to enhance capacity to acquire, manage, analyze, and use energy sector data in decision making, increase Energy Efficiency in High Energy-Use Sectors, increase public and private investment in piloting of RE technologies in Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
- Translation and Interpretation project documents and meetings
- Handle procurement of equipment and commodities: maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and hiring of Vietnamese staff and consultants.
- Oversee timekeeping and leave monitoring of staff.
- Create and maintain employees' HR files; ensure confidentiality of HR files.
- Draft, process, and monitor sub-recipient contracts, small service contracts.
- Create, manage and maintain a database and tracking system for agreements, and small service contracts.
- Perform other related tasks as maybe assigned by Program Management.
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of reading, writing and speaking English (office language in English)
- University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of HR and contracts experience
- Strong experience in translation and interpretation
- Flexible, takes instructions well, and demonstrates initiative towards work
- A good team player and can also work independently
- Work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
