Tender code: VIE/027 14 770 - Construction of three Communal Health Centers in Ha Quang, Nguyen Binh and Trung Khanh Districts, Cao Bang Province (Works);
Source of financing: The grand ODA from the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, as set out in the project’s bilateral agreement dated 24 September 2002.
Location: Lung Nam commune, Ha Quang District; Hoa Tham commune, Nguyen Binh District; and Ngoc Chung commune, Trung Khanh District, Cao Bang Province;
Forms of selection of contractor: Open tender
Methods of selection of contractor: Single envelop, follow Lux-Development’s acquisition process.
