National consultants to support Bac Giang Public administration reform project

The project “Strengthening the impact of public administration reform in Bac Giang province” funded by UNDP aims at improving the quality and performance of civil servants and public employees in Bac Giang province and improving the quality of delivery of public administrative services to the people and organizations through OSS/IAOSS mechanism.

The project is seeking National consultants to support Bac Giang PAR project in developing the guiding documents on method to identify job positions and structure of civil servants; synthesizing and analyzing the method to develop job positions and structure of civil servants of selected units/organizations to do the pilot.
