National Consultants to Develop Social Assistance Handbook

The project “Support to the Reform of Social Assistance System, in the period 2013-2016” (SAP), supported by The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), provides technical assistance to the Ministry of Labour-Invalids and Social Affairs, line ministries, sectors and selected provinces for improvement of the social assistance system in Vietnam.

In order to have a comprehensive overview about the outcomes of social assistance and poverty reduction policies implementation in Vietnam, SAP in collaboration with UNDP recruit 02 consultants to coordinate with stakeholders to construct the handbook on SA and poverty reduction data for the period 2011-2015 with the details as follows.
