National Consultants

The Project “Support to the implementation of the Resolution 80/NQ-CP on directions of sustainable poverty reduction (2011-2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012-2016)" (PRPP). The Project is supported by UNDP with cost-sharing from Irish Aid is to provide technical assistance for Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and other related agencies at central and local level.

MOLISA, through PRPP Project, and MPI will develop a Technical Report as the support to MPI-MOLISA’s request to Prime Minister for Decision on investment mechanism for project 01 (under NTP-SPR). MPI-MOLISA's Joint Circular provides a guideline on regulations for planning, budget allocation, financial management, payment and settlement (can include amendment, replacement, addition to Circular 46/2010/TT-BTC dated 4/8/2010, of MOF, on regulations for management, payment, settlement in  the infrastructure investment projects in poor districts and communes in P30a) in the projects using development investments (project 1) in NTP-SPR, as input for related State management agencies to develop and issue Joint Circular/MPI guiding regulations for financial management and budget allocation in project 01 using development investment under NTP-SPR 2012 – 2015.

Therefore, PRPP Project needs to recruit 01 consultant group (including 03 national consultants) to fulfil this assignment.
