National Consultant to Write Baseline Survey – DRR Project

CRS is looking for a national consultant to write baseline survey – DRR Project with tentative timeline from 13 August to 28 August 2014. ToR is attached for details.

Requirements for the consultants:

• Demonstrable expertise (5 to 10 years) on disaster risk management
• Proven strong analytical skills and previous experience in data entry using statistical analysis software
• Fluent in Vietnamese and strong aptitude in English, verbal and written
• Ability to deliver outputs under pressure
• Flexibility
