National Consultant for Project Final Evaluation

CRS is looking for national consultant for final project evaluation – DRR Project with tentative timeline from 10 August to 30 September 2014. ToR is attached for details.

Requirements for the consultants:

• Demonstrable expertise (5 to 10 years) on disaster risk management
• Demonstrable expertise (5 to 10 years) in designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative program evaluation
• Proven strong analytical skills and previous experience in data entry using statistical analysis software
• Excellent and demonstrable skill of PRA and working with communities
• Respect to the local cultures and communities
• Fluent in Vietnamese and strong aptitude in English, verbal and written
• Ability to deliver outputs under pressure
• Flexibility.
