National Consultant Firm to Support the Study and Development of Provincial Value Chain Action Plan

Sustainable Rural Development for the Poor Project in Ha Tinh province (SRDP Ha Tinh) funded by International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), is covered in 50 communes/10 districts in the province.  The project starts from 01/01/2014 to 31/12/2018. Currently, our project is in need of hiring a national consultant firm to support the study and development of provincial value chain action plan. Details are refered to the attached “Expression of Interests”.

Qualified and experienced national consultants are invited to submit their Expression of Interestsv by 20/08/2014.
