CARE International in Vietnam is implementing a Disaster Resilient Coastal Communities Project in Hau Loc and Nga Son Districts, Thanh Hoa Province. For the implementation of the project, we are seeking for a national consultant for Development of an equitable mangrove benefit sharing system.
