National Consultant on Biodiversity and Land Degradation (Re-advertised)

UNDP Viet Nam is seeking one individual national Consultant on Biodiversity and Land Degradation to review GEF-5 portfolio and cycle in Viet Nam and drafting GEF-6 Action Plan (Re-advertised)

The main objectives of the assignment are to:

•         Critically analyze national GEF-5 portfolio implemented by all IAs, identify the successes and weaknesses in matching national priorities and GEF programmatic objectives;
•         Provide a set of recommendations on developing, approving and implementing projects for all IAs in the upcoming GEF-6 cycle to GEF OFP;
•         Draft a GEF-6 National Action Plan for Viet Nam.

The assignment is from June 2014-September 2014 for estimated 15 working days
