  PSI currently seeks a talented and motivated Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Associate to work full-time with our dynamic, results-oriented team in Hanoi:

Job Title:    M&E ASSOCIATE

Job summary: M&E Associate will support M&E team in routine program monitoring & evaluation, data quality assurance, management and research activities to enhance PSI’s program quality and management. S/he will report to Senior M&E Officer

Key responsibilities:

Job holder is helping Sr. M&E Officer in following PSI’s projects including:

Malaria

• Verifying data collected (Phone call/ Physically visit to PSI clients, partners, Health Services and Sales team)

# of malaria suspected cases visited, confirmed and treated through private clinics in project provinces.

# of malaria products distributed to pharmacies and private clinics.

• Entering data from monitoring forms, QI forms and pre- and post-test results of capacity building trainings to database (DHIS2, Excel monitoring form, etc.)

Reproductive Health

• Verifying data collected (Phone call/ Physically visit to PSI clients, partners, Health Services and Sales team)

# of clients/patients served by PSI franchised private clinics

# of clients/patients served through PSI’s events

# of products sold by PSI sales team

• Entering data from QI and QA forms, pre/post training assessment forms of private providers to databases

Hypertension

• Verifying data collected (Phone call/ Physically visit to PSI clients, partners, Health Services and Sales team)

# of clients/patients served by PSI franchised clinics.

Quantity of products sold by PSI sales team.

• Entering data from QI & QA forms, pre/post test results of capacity building training for private providers to databases (Excel monitoring form, etc.);

Others

• Translating research and M&E materials relating to malaria, reproductive and hypertension projects, if necessary

• Other tasks as requested

Selection criteria:

• Bachelor of Public health , Master Degree is an advange

• Minimum of 1 years of work experience in a Public Health project. Experience in M&E work- preferred

• Have a basic knowledge of using M.  Access and other statistical packages (SPSS, STATA, R…) is an advantage.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

• Creative and willing to learn new things. Have positive attitudes, enthusiasm and team spirit.
