• University/MA degree of ICT
• Professional Certificates on Software Developing
• Experiences of quantitative and qualitative data base development techniques;
• Proven experience in working on data base management on M&E in the development sector;
• Understanding of development context and gender equality issues in Vietnam is a plus;
