Logistic and Administration Officer
MDF Training and Consultancy is an international management training and consultancy organisation. To maintain and expand the training and consulting services in Vietnam, we are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Logistic and Administration Officer.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Being focal point in contacts with clients and service providers
- Manage administrative tasks in the office
- Support trainers in the logistics of organizing training courses and consultancies
- Office management
- Involve in marketing activities
Qualifications of candidates:
- Excellent command of English (speaking and writing)
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in office management
- Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking and writing), analytical and friendly
- Able to grasp client wishes as well our offer and/or to refer to colleagues
- Proven ability to consistently follow-up on multiple tasks, with each a timeline
- Ability to work in a team, giving and receiving feedback for mutual understanding and development
- Proven ability to set priorities and manage time
- Able to work independently
- Vietnamese nationality
