Invitation to Tender: Identifying the Most Effective Ways to Reduce Demand for Tiger Products through Message Testing and Concept Development Using Social and Behavior Change in Vietnam

TRAFFIC is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from suitable organizations/individuals to research what would be the most effective evidence-based social and behavior change (SBCC) initiative to reduce demand for tiger products among the most prolific user in Vietnam.

We welcome your Expression of Interest in this Tender, including the following five documents all in English, before COB 30 November 2017:

1. Expression of interest;
2. Technical proposal;
3. Financial proposal;
4. Company credentials;
5. A brief of past relevant work.

Bidding documents have to be submitted electronically to [email protected] (the total size of all attached files cannot exceed 5MB). The subject line of the email should be your name and “Tender for the design of SBCC initiative”. Receipt will be confirmed by reply email.
