International and National Consultants to Review Implementation of PFES

The USAID Vietnam Forest and Deltas Program and Vietnam Forest Protection and Developement Fund (VNFF) are seeking for an International Consultant and a National Consultant to review 3 years of implementation of the “Policy on Payments for Forest Environmental Services – “PFES”.
