Hospitality Trainer

Job Responsibilities

• Train STREETS program participants to conduct market and street food tours, events and tastings, using STREETS curriculum and materials
• Focus on English speaking and presentation skills
• Supervise and schedule for tours
• Prepare and maintain all tour materials
• Interface with guests to provide an understanding of the STREETS mission; solicit donations and conduct merchandise sales
• Prepare daily, weekly, and other reports
• Coordinate with tour company partners
• Assist at the STREETS Restaurant Cafe as required
• Administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• College Degree (preference for English and International study experience)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written, spoken and English language required; including confident public speaking (mandatory requirement) and translation
• Prior full time professional work experience at least 2 years in hospitality, business, English education or supervisory role

Requirements

• Must live in or relocate to Hoi An at start of employment, one time relocation allowance provided
• Flexible work schedule, including some overtime and holidays as needed
• Vietnamese Citizen preferred
• 100% Non-smokers only
