iSEE is a non-profit organization working for the rights of all people, including minority groups. iSEE aims to promote the values of freedom, equality, and tolerance in Vietnamese society.

Working in Hanoi and in a friendly and diverse environment, the Fundraising Officer will support iSEE in development and implementation of the fundraising strategy as well as maintaining public relation and partnership with all partners

Major responsibility: (More details in the Job Description)

• Support the development of iSEE’s fundraising strategy in line with the social context and the strength of the organization.
• Ensure that the strategy is implemented in a high quality and effective way
• Maintain database on fundraising and relation with sponsors

Key requirements: (More details in the Job Description)

• A BA's degree, preferably in the fields of management, communication, development, public policy and social sciences
• At least 3 years of experience in similar job
• Good presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Fluent in English.
