Financial Service Provider

The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung (RLS) Hanoi is looking for a company who can provide good service of calculating personal income tax (PIT) and health & social insurance for RLS Hanoi’s staff at good price. Details are as follows:

· Quantity of official and unofficial staff: up to 15 (i.e the number of staff is around 10, 12)

· Service:

• Professional consultancy in updated laws & regulations of Vietnam in PIT, health & social insurance for local staff, foreign staff.
• Based on salary information provided by RLS Hanoi, calculate PIT and health & social insurance for each local staff on a monthly basis.
• Be responsible for the correctness of the PIT and health & social insurance calculation. Should there is any mistake later on, be responsible to clarify with the Tax authority and Insurance authority.

· Quotation: offer fee in VND or USD (exchange rate referred to www.oanda.com) per month.
