Financial Manager

Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped / VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org), a U.S based NGO, is recruiting a Vietnamese national Financial Manager for a disability project funded by USAID, as follows:

Position title:     Financial Manager (1 position)

Work Station:    Hanoi

Contract term:  Up to 4 years (2020 - 2023)

Qualification:

• University degree in accounting or financial fields; additional training as auditor a plus.
• At least five (05) years of experience of financial and accounting management for development programs in Vietnam.
• At least one (01) year experience in a financial/accounting supervisory role.
• Knowledge of relevant USAID’s regulations and experience in grant management preferred.
• Competent in English.
